Dispatch introduction

Dispatch allows sending jobs/tasks to workers in a very convenient and practical way.

A dispatcher will create/import these jobs from the desktop interface, and the jobs will be received by the workers in the field, using their mobile phone apps.

Read how to create and import jobs and routes in Dispatch.

Features

Drag and drop jobs between workers

It is possible to drag and drop jobs between workers to share out the workload.

Example: move jobs from the Unassigned row to assign them to a worker.

Autocomplete and automatic dispatch

You can drag and drop jobs and routes to quickly assign them to workers. You can also set conditions for both auto-completing and auto-dispatching jobs. Autocompletion saves workers from marking routine jobs complete in the mobile app. Operators can save time by using the auto-dispatch feature, which automatically dispatches created jobs each day.

Attach documents, images and signatures

With Dispatch you can attach documents, images and signature to your jobs. This is particularly useful to the workers when are performing the tasks and need further information or attach a new one to the job.

Connect mobile app setup for workers

Workers can complete jobs in real-time in the field with the mobile app. They can also upload photos, get a customer signature for job sign-off, and even add comments and discuss a job with the operator.

It’s easy to get the mobile app rolled out to the workforce. Operators can see if a worker is missing the Dispatch app. They can send the app invite by SMS to all workers so they will be up and running in no time.
