Automation features in Dispatch

Automation features in Dispatch allow the system to automatically complete jobs when a worker approaches a job location and to automatically dispatch planned jobs to a specific group of workers at a specific time of the day.

Automation

To use these options, go to the Dispatch panel > Automation

Auto-complete

This option allows you to auto-complete jobs when the workers get near the job destination.

Note: the option Check ignition off will require you to map the Ignition or EngineOn signal in the device mapper if your device supports it.

Automatic dispatch

This option allows planned jobs (jobs that haven't been sent yet) to be dispatched automatically to the assigned workers.
