FleetMotus customers can rest easy knowing that FleetMotus is not affected by the Log4j vulnerability. Read on for more details about how we keep your fleet tracking data safe and secure.

Occasionally vulnerabilities like the Log4j take the internet by storm and force companies to scramble to release fixes. FleetMotus is not affected by the Log4j vulnerability and we're committed to providing a secure fleet management solution.

As you may know, Log4j is a Java library and FleetMotus is primarily written in C#. The parts of FleetMotus that are written in Java do not use Log4j directly. Furthermore, those parts are not exposed externally, only binding to localhost. Therefore even if a 3rd party library would use Log4j as a logger, FleetMotus is NOT affected.
